At PractiCare Home Health, Inc., we are searching for home health care professionals who are passionate about using their expertise to help those in need. Here are some of the qualifications we seek:
RN/LVN, Field Clinical Area [Full-time or Part-time]
Qualifications:
- Must have a current/valid California Nursing license and CPR card.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an RN or LVN in an acute care setting.
- One-year experience in a home health agency is preferable.
- Able to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Registered Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist [Full-time and Part-time]
Qualifications:
- Current California PT, OT, or ST License & CPR card.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, with preferred exposure to senior and medical/surgical patient care.
